Our Mission is to CHANGE THE WORLD…. ONE DANCING FOOT AT A TIME! With the overwhelming epidemic of obesity, JNT Fitness & Dance decided to take our passion for Dance and Fitness to the next level by infusing fitness with dance. By infusing fitness with dance will encourage our students to gain confidence and get fit while having fun. JNT Fitness & Dance goals are to provide high quality dance and fitness classes to children and adults in a non-competitive, socially aware environment. In the process, JNT Fitness & Dance will help prevent, prepare for, and respond to the debilitating effects of poor health on the body and our nation. Our ages start from 5 to adulthood. At JNT Fitness & Dance, we guarantee every session is an extraordinary workout or amazing dance experience. Our fitness infused dance programs are designed to support success for students of all levels in an inspiring and encouraging atmosphere that will enrich the mind, body and spirit.
Our trainers and instructors are nationally certified and/or have over 15 years of combined dance and fitness experience working with people of all ages and levels. Our students are encouraged to become technically proficient, build self-esteem, cooperate, learn leadership skills and HAVE FUN! JNT Fitness & Dance started out as just a dream and a vision to currently making that dream a reality. Our success has come from loving what we do, learning from our mistakes, and expanding our business and artistic goals each year. We LOVE to Dance and we understand that dance and fitness are ESSENTIAL for all age groups. JNT is here to develop and support young dancers on their dance and fitness journey. We will be your child’s biggest cheerleaders! We pride ourselves on managing our teams with structure and discipline while teaching the students to have fun and meet new friends while loving the sport of dance!
